Default License Terms

By participating in the Service you also agree to allow HP to make your User Submissions available to other users of the Site without compensation to you. You also have the option to select a Creative Commons license to provide the terms on which other Users of the Site may download and use your mediascapes. If you choose NOT to select a Creative Commons license to grant rights to users of your mediascape, you hereby grant each user of your mediascape, a non–exclusive, royalty–free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Submissions ("Default License Terms").
