Stories of love and loss in Somerset. How does the sound of a place affect our emotions? What happens if that sound is changed, do our memories change as well? Treating the streets as a petri dish, with headphones as your microscope, on this walk Duncan mapped his own memories from across Somerset into a small area of the town. The listeners personal memories are triggered as they walk streets marked by others. (Approx length 20mins. )

  1. "I'm hoping I can visit Taunton this summer and try this out. I'll be in Bristol for about a week. Everyone that can't make it out there though should really try Duncan's portable mediascape called always something somewhere else. It's an engaging interactive narrative." kurt | May 24, 2007 | 09:35 PM
